There are many options for replacing original timber sash windows with Upvc.
The options all vary in price. The most cost effective way to achieve the look is what we fitted for our customer in Sale. We fitted our casement windows with a sash glazing bar internally and externally to create the sash window look. We also replace the inside with timber Victorian architrave to replicate what would have been there originally.
