Do your windows/doors come with a guarantee?2019-11-14T09:02:53+00:00

Yes all of our products come with a fully comprehensive 10-year insurance backed guarantee see full details here.

How do i get a quotation?2019-11-14T09:03:48+00:00

Once you have been in touch we will book you in for a free no-obligation quotation where we will call out to your home, take measurements and discuss your ideas.

Our team are all salaried, which means that we don’t pay commission giving them any incentive to outstay their welcome.

We have never cold-called for business and never employed any high-pressure sales tactics of any kind.

Your quote will then be worked out back at our showroom and we aim to get it back to you within a day or two either by email or if requested via post.

What is your lead time if i decide to place an order?2019-11-14T09:26:17+00:00

Our usual lead time is 4-8 weeks from the day you place your order depending on the products you order and size of your project, although we are sometimes able to install products sooner than that.

If you are looking to have the work done quicker than our usual 4-8 weeks, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you.

Do you employ your own window installers?2019-11-14T09:27:11+00:00

Yes, the whole team here at The Window Company are fully employed & NOT subcontracted.

This is uncommon in our industry but we have always worked this way as its the only way to guarantee a quality installation each and every time as the installers have no incentive to rush the job in hand.

They know what they get paid each week regardless of how many windows/doors they install which in turn takes the pressure off them to rush the job.

SIMPLE REALLY!
