Just wanted to say that over the years we have used The Window Company for several projects including our windows, doors and a wonderful Conservatory they built for us 8 and 1/2 years ago. We recently had a couple issues come up regarding the conservatory (not anything they did wrong when building it I might add...but with the way the manufacturers made a couple items) Anyway, talked to Wayne, sent him a couple pictures, he sent Dean out to take a look, told us they would sort it. And this past Monday, Dean came, spent the day and totally sorted out the second and last issue! Job done! You wouldn't know he had even been...because he and all their crews leave everything absolutely spotless. That is why we always go back to them because if you want something done right...they are the ones to call! Always very professional, friendly and all their installers and builders go above and beyond when it comes to customers being happy. Great Company!

I can’t thank the team at The Window Company enough for a stress free installation. They successfully ordered, delivered and installed windows, sliders and a lantern all in the desired timeline. The quality is excellent and the service has been impeccable. The day of installation a full team arrived on time and worked non stop until finished. All very professional and courteous throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company and will be returning for the front windows.

Wayne, I'm so happy to have been able to use your company for the whole extension project. From the brickies, the roof and window installers, the plasterers, Mick who did the electrics, installed the air vent and thought through a solution to the cooker fan problem (with the joiners helping to make the alterations to the cupboards), to those who laid the concrete and the asphalt, right down to the cleaning of the glass & frames to finish off, and your recommendation for the installation of a radiator ... everyone did a professional job and completed their work to a very high standard. Thank you for your considerable contribution too. Our son loves using his new 'playroom'. To think that it's 20 years since a rigorous vetting process to install double glazing first led us to you. Windows look beautiful. Barely any mess as we thought we’d have to repaint just a few touch ups here and there. You may have to chase them for a date and update etc. Expect this as they must be really busy with the best window company around!

We have recently had a new front door fitted by The Window Company and are delighted with the finished product. We looked at a few suppliers but decided to go with them as from the very beginning they were friendly and professional with no pushy sales patter. In the showroom they were interested in making sure we got the right product rather than the most expensive and then from the survey to installation they were great. The installation team were friendly, tidy and professional and although we had a slight problem with an incorrectly measured side panel they made sure that the house was fully secured until it was rectified. They even gave us advice on the best place to put the new Ring Video Doorbell and then fitted it for us. I would happily use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to other people, in fact we already have done so. Thanks Wayne and the team. ?

What a great decision is was to go with The Window Co. There were so many choices when googling bi-folding doors. I contacted The Window Co and went to view two sets of bi-folds they had on display. One was a cheaper contract type product (still good), and the other Aluk product that just seemed to be a lot more heavy duty. There was no pressure; we could choose whichever we wanted once we went away to think about options. The price was good, and the service exceptional. The doors were available much quicker than indicated, which worked out great as it didn't hold up any of the internal works of our extension. I wouldn't hesitate recommending The Window Co. We were told on our first telephone call how long we would expect to wait for our door so knew straightaway before we even had the initial appointment. Fantastic job! Paul and Steve were the perfect workmen to invite into your home. They treated it with care and completed the job with the minimum of fuss. They arrived on time, gave us a clear advanced plan of the order they would complete the job and they kept us informed of their progress as the job was completed. They covered the floors, cleared up behind themselves as they went along, and were as unobtrusive as possible. The standard of their work was incredible – everything was done to the highest standard. When they finished, apart from the perfect end product you would not know they had been here. These guys are experts who know how to complete the work and who know how to treat their customers. The window company have done a great job in replacing my front door and windows. Everyone who came to the house, from the inital salesman, the surveyor and the installers were all polite, professional and knowledgeable. The job was done to a very high standard and I'm very pleased with the result. Special thanks to Paul and Steve for tightening two other windows free of charge so they weren't so difficult to open. I will be recommending them to others and would be happy to use them again.I'm knocking 1 star off because the back office seemed a little disorganised. Communications that were meant for me went instead to another of their customers with the same name. It's an honest mistake but this is really basic stuff.

I am so delighted with our new front door! This has been a long time in the making and I know now that we have made the right decision. We first made an enquiry almost a year ago. As was promised at that time there has been no “hard sell” just a clear outlined price. In the office and on the phone all information was made clear and our questions were answered. At no point have we been called to try to hurry us along. What a joy!After research on competitors then saving up, today the door has been fitted by Aron and Jayson who worked quickly, efficiently and super tidily. We've recently had a Solidor Edinburgh front door fitted on a victorian terrace house and the window company were fantastic. We had our our stained glass encapsulated so had the door ordered without glass, but the guys were amazing and fitted the stained glass when they were here. They really respected the features of the house and went out partway through fitting the door to buy specific architraves so the door surround was in fitting with the property. The service from start to finish (once you've got past the frosty receptionist :)) was brilliant. The property is old and whilst fitting the door some plaster came away from the wall, but the fitters totally restored this before leaving. Would definitely recommend the Window Company.

We had windows, front door and patio door fitted to my fathers flat, the freehold management company had been a bit of a nightmare all the way through this process, insisting on structural engineer viewing the proposed job and then during the installation process, he said this was the best job he had seen, the company had to fit lintels over all openings, all nice flush fitting and the team of installers were second to none, clean tidy and my father was very impressed, as are all the other residents on the block looking enviously at the job. We contacted the company after seeing the work they had done locally. We were not disappointed. From the 1st phone call they were helpful and honest. Giving us advice/information, as we wanted sash windows. And letting us know that there would be a wait to fit as very busy. That said they were able to accommodate the 1st date I suggest. Which happened to be the coldest week of the year. Despite the fact that the snow never let up, Paul and Steve arrived on time every morning of the fit (full house plus door so 4 day job), at the time they said. Were professional, friendly and above all tidy. Clearing up at the end of each day. The house looks brilliant and already noticeably warmer. The cost was competitive with other companies we contacted. But the found there was a lot less pressure to buy from them. They even sorted out a bricky to make up a new stone window sill and repaired an existing one for us while doing the job. Especially if you are thinking of getting sash windows I would recommend them, as have heard some horror story from other people. But would use them for any windows/doors in the future and have already recommended them to my mother for her patio. Definitely worth giving them a call.

From the very start, The Window Co provided an excellent service throughout. As our property is in a conservation area, the job came with its challenges but the team were helpful, patient and knowledgeable which proved invaluable. Wayne and his team were really flexible which helped our schedule and enabled us to work around other jobs being done too. After getting a few quotes using Which? Traders site I am glad we went with Wayne at Windows Co even though they weren’t the cheapest quote but happy to work through options. We had encapsulated original stain glass in two large bays which came up a treat and really keep the period look. As with any old house, it’s not just the windows you pay for but the craftsmanship to fit and make good. The quality of the finish was excellent, Darren & Steve were attentive who looked after the house whilst working, keeping us informed as they progressed and great with our two young boys who loved having the builders in. Would be happy to have them for further work and recommend to anyone.

We chose The Window Company to install new windows and a new front door. As well as fit and supply the door and windows, they also managed the specialist rebuild of a Victorian front bay window, which was completed to a meticulously high standard. Overall, the quality of the installation exceeded expectations. Steve and Paul clearly take great pride in what they do - the detail of the finish, in particular the internal architraves, was of the highest quality.Overall, we would not hesitate to recommend Wayne and his team - they are a family-run and extremely personable company, and one we are glad to have chosen.

Have recently had a new front door supplied and fitted and cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience. The fitters were prompt and extremely tidy, the job was completed to a very high standard. One slight snagging matter was noticed after the guys went on the Friday night and on the Monday the fitter rang me to check if it was ok for him to call round after his job that day to rectify - that is real customer service!The only problem now is that the door looks so good, it makes our windows look shabby so we will have to get new ones...

Having had our windows for a couple of weeks now, we are still delighted with them. As promised the house is much warmer and much quieter so we're very happy. Each of the 11 windows we had fitted look really great too - and as I said at the time, they look like they've been there forever - in a good way! Absolutely no re-decorating needed! The job of actually fitting them was excellently carried out by Paul and Steve. They were always very careful at both preventing any mess and hoovering up what little bits might have escaped the very effective dust sheets. Great job guys! Thank you. We'll be back!

Delighted with our new bay windows. We had the leadwork in the original glass encapsulated within the new frames, and it looks brillaint. We are delighted with the service we received. Our new sash windows look fantastic. The whole process has been very straight forward from initial quote to the actual fitting. Thanks to Aron and Sean who worked very hard over three days and were very friendly and considerate. Our son says his new bedroom window is 'awesome'. Excellent! From start to finish the service from Wayne and his team was superb. Friendly, professional, great advice and very tidy. From the design stage with Wayne, to the structural survey with Dean and then the fitting, every step was made easy by the superb advice and professionalism of the team. No pushy sales people at The Window Co! Special mention to Steve and Paul, our fitters, who did a superb job - if a jobs worth doing it's worth doing properly - and they sure did. They even tidied up as they went! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Window Co for any windows or doors you need replacing. Thanks guys!

This is the second property we have used The Window Co for new windows - returned due to the quality and care that the team always put in, especially ensuring the windows are sympathetic to renovating a period property. Dean took time to go through options, offering suggestions regarding what would match best. The fitting team Sean, Aaron and Will were prompt, friendly and efficient with no mess and no fuss. We had a couple of glitches (glass and frame size not matched on one window) but this was rectified by Wayne quickly which we feel demonstrates if things do go wrong you get good customer service. We will be returning to have our rear bay and French Windows replaced. Many thanks.

From our initial telephone enquiry we cannot praise all your team enough Wayne for their customer service and professionalism, obviously including yourself. Our fitters were Paul and Steve - 2 hardworking guys who did a brilliant job installing our two new front bay windows. Paul and Steve respected our home in every way and left us with two new bay windows and no mess in our home and we felt extremely comfortable having them in our home. Thank you everyone. The second time I have used these guys and they are the best tradesmen I have ever had in my house. No fuss, turn up on time, tell how long they are going to take and do a fantastic job. Paul and Steve have left us with a great new front door and I cannot speak highly enough about their workmanship. Delighted!!We have recently had our patio doors replaced by The Window Company and couldn't be happier. From the start they were very helpful, straight forward and polite. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. We had a slight problem involving a cat flap but they kept us informed about what was happening and resolved the issue without fuss. Apart from the fact that we had new doors we wouldn't have known they were in the house, everything was left spotless.Thanks so much to Paul, Steve (and not forgetting young Toby) you are true gentlemen!
