Conservatory fitted in Sale for Judith & Craig Brown.
We had to comply with planning on this conservatory as it was over 3 meters from the back of the house. We created different cad drawings for the customer so they could decide what was the best option for them. We came up with a bespoke design that replicated a Victorian/Georgian style. We also took out the back window & fitted French doors to open up into the conservatory. They opted for obscure self cleaning glass in the roof for privacy from there neighbours. We also built a retaining brick wall around the conservatory for the existing garden & replaced the paving around. As always we fitted the lighting, plumbing & plastered up to create a gorgeous finished job. I hope Craig enjoys getting the barbie out in summer & entertaining as if he was back in Cali (at least 1 hot day). The pics will explain a lot as Craig took some all the way along.
