First step - give us a call!

Upon first contact with the office, Angela will ascertain your needs and tell you everything you need to know about the products we install, whether that be a brand new Solidor or updating your sash windows.

This will then be followed up by a visit from The Window Company owner, Wayne, to your home. Angela will book an appointment for a time convenient to you, and Wayne will then be able to take approximate measurements, show you examples on his iPad, answer any questions and put to rest any worries you may have, and give you a free, no-obligation quote. (And don’t worry, you won’t be given the ‘hard-sell’ with phone calls to the boss either…Wayne’s a busy man, he doesn’t have the time!)

Ready to go? We just need a signature

Once you’ve chosen your products, all we’ll need from you is a signature on your order form. We’ll then get Dean, our surveyor, booked in to take final measurements then order everything in. Once we’ve got all of your products in stock, we’ll contact you and arrange an installation date.

Our fitters will arrive at your home in the morning, explain exactly what it is that they’ll need to do and talk you through the whole process. Then you can leave them to it! Once the dust sheets are down and tools are in there’ll be no stopping them. You can then sit back and relax (although a fresh brew top-up every now and then would be greatly appreciated!), safe in the knowledge that each window or door being installed will be done so with the highest level of care.

As our fitters are an important part of The Window Company team, not sub-contractors, you can have the peace of mind that they’re under no pressure to rush the job in order to get paid more or finish early! This is continually reflected in our brilliant on-line reviews.

Post-installation and after-sales care

When all the work is complete and you’re happy with the end result, we’ll collect payment and issue you with a ‘Real Fensa’ certificate and insurance-backed guarantee. Plus, we cover all work carried out for 10 years – even the little things. Handle broke? We’ll change it. Missing glass? We’ll restore it. Door jammed shut? We’ll open it. All under our 10-year warranty, for no charge, like we’ve been doing since 1988.
